We're pleased to announce that Jason Barker's debut feature doc A DEAL WITH THE UNIVERSE will premier at the BFI FLARE Film Festival as the Centrepiece screening in London on 26th March. Autobiographical and made entirely from personal archive and home video diaries, the film follows Jason’s incredible story of how he came to give birth to his child, charting over 15 years of his and his partner’s life. The documentary offers a new perspective on the Trans stories we may have heard before, focusing on life after transition.
